The building process was generally smooth and communication was smooth and prompt despite the COVID situation. The site... administrator and building supervisor are very friendly and easy to deal with. There had been some quality issues highlighted by building inspectors and they were quickly followed up and resolved by Hermitage.My second build with Hermitage Homes was again a pleasant journey. Communication was prompt and the whole process was smooth and professionally managed. Miranda has been a pleasure to deal with and the handover process was such a breeze. Well done Hermitage Homes!!I would highly recommend Hermitage Home as a builder.read more

We are building our first home with Hermitage Homes and have been dealing with Jessie B prior to construction. Jessie... has been excellent to deal with, always prompt and very knowledgeable. We have had a couple of minor variations along the way which were handled very promptly and professionally so we are extremely happy with how smooth and easy the process has been thus far. Hermitage Home have been great to us. We have been really impressed by their designs and offerings. The list of... inclusions are amazing and we were really surprised that it came with so many things, especially given a lot of builders would have these as expensive upgrades on a standard home build.I highly recommend them as the entire process from start to finish has just been amazing and so easy to deal with, you will be very happy engaging Hermitage to be your builder.read more

The overall building process was smooth along with regular updates throughout the entire process.Communication was... great with prompt response from Hermitage Homes.The 3 month home care warranty was great. All defects has been rectified and fixed in a timely manner without any delay.We would like to thank Miranda for keeping us up to date with all the building stages and also assisting us on all inquiries.We would like to thank Shane, our site supervisor for ensuring all building standards has been met. Shane is very helpful and professional. He even reply us during weekend, when we have problems or inquiries regarding with our house. The effort that he contributed was really appreciated.Overall build quality is good and we would consider Hermitage homes for being our builder in our next project.read more

Hermitage is doing really good job for my house in both service and buidling quality respects. I have a naughty... neighbourhood which make trouble to the building team, but Hermitage builders do all their best to solve the problems and keep my house in a good condition. Many thanks for their time and effort put into my building.My Design is : Burke 21/Summit Facade and it finished in March 2021Building Permit Number: 1568048224510BTW, after the house handover, Hermitage contact me several times to make sure everything is in good condition.
